How do I know which carrier is being used for my order?

 

 

Cancellations

Cancellation of your order can be placed if After Dark Novelty is notified immediately before order is marked as shipped.  Once order has been shipped you will not be able to cancel your order!  For orders cancelled prior to shipping please allow upto 3 business days for your full refund.

Returns, Exchanges, or Credits

We stand behind all our products, and if you are dissatisfied with any item, it may be returned unopened and unused within 30 days of receipt for a in-store credit, refund or exchange depending on your location. (See below for more details) Always check for defects immediately upon opening!

In-Store Credits

If you receive an in-store credit on your purchase or for another reason your in-store credit will expire 30 days after being issued! To ensure you do not loose your in-store credit please use this within 30 days of its issuance. 

Returns

Please review the following information to see if your product is eligible for return –

  • Vibrators cannot be returned unless they are defective.
  • All defective items may be returned unused and unopened, within 30 days of delivery receipt for a in-store credit, exchange, refund or replacement if you reside within the United States.
  • All defective items may be returned unused and unopened, within 35 days of delivery receipt for a in-store credit, exchange, refund or replacement if you reside outside the United States.
  • If your item is sealed in a clear wrapping were the item is visible, and the sealed wrapping has been opened. Your item may not be credited, exchanged, refunded, or replaced.
  • All items purchased through in-store credit, exchange, refund, or replacement will not be eligible for another in-store credit, exchange, refund, or replacement.
  • For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept non-defective exchanges on items that have been opened.
  • Shipping charges will only be refunded in cases where our error caused the return or the item is defective.
  • Only products bought at afterdarknovelty.com can be returned to After Dark Novelty. If you are dissatisfied with an item you purchased elsewhere, please return it to the place where you bought it.

To return a product to After Dark Novelty –

  • Pre-authorization is required for all returns and exchanges. No item can be returned without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Please provide your proof of purchase.

  • Then, repack the product with the packing slip in its original packaging. Please include your RMA number in the shipping address. Then, ship your defective product to:

  • For your security, please return your product with an insured carrier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. After Dark Novelty is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
  • The customer is responsible for the cost of returning a product to After Dark Novelty. If we determine that the product is defective, we will cover the cost of shipping a new product.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse international returns.
  • Once we’ve received your product, we’ll undergo testing to determine if it’s defective. Please note, this process can take up to 72 hours from the time the product is received.

Shipping Information

Shipping Methods - Domestic U.S.

Standard

When "Best Price Shipping Method" is selected, we use the most economical method, orders under 5lbs are ship via USPS and over are shipped via UPS or FedEx.

  • The transit time for Standard shipping is 3-7 business days.
  • This is the only ship method that delivers to a P.O. Box location within the U.S.
  • Smart post is a service in which UPS may transfer the shipment to USPS to be delivered. Orders from 1-5 pounds will ship in this fashion, this method will come with either UPS or USPS tracking information.

*Please Note: The following UPS ship methods do not deliver to P.O. Box locations.

UPS Ground

  • This UPS method is for those who prefer packages be shipped via UPS Ground only.
  • The transit time for this ship method is 1-5 business days.
  • UPS Ground does not deliver to P.O. Box locations.

2-day UPS

  • 2-day UPS Express will deliver within 2 business days.
  • This method does not deliver to P.O. Box locations.

Shipping Methods to Canada

USPS

  • USPS shipments to Canada are approximately 7-9 business days in transit.
  • This is the only ship method that delivers to a P.O. Box location within Canada.
  • Tracking information is not provided with USPS shipments to Canada.
  • This method may not always be available due to weight and value restrictions.
  • Customs inspections might slightly delay the delivery of shipments from the US into Canada. Customs and duties fees may be applied to the recipient by Canadian Customs/ Border Inspections.
  • After Dark Novelty is not responsible for these charges.

*Please Note: The following UPS ship methods do not deliver to P.O. Box locations.

UPS Standard

  • Standard UPS shipments to Canada are approximately 6-8 business days in transit.
  • This method does not deliver to P.O. Box locations.
  • Customs inspections might slightly delay the delivery of shipments from the US into Canada. Customs and duties fees may be applied to the recipient by Canadian Customs/ Border Inspections.
  • After Dark Novelty is not responsible for these charges.

UPS Worldwide Expedited

  • UPS Worldwide Expedited shipments to Canada are approximately 3-5 business days in transit.
  • This method does not deliver to P.O. Box locations.
  • Customs inspections might slightly delay the delivery of shipments from the US into Canada. Customs and duties fees may be applied to the recipient by Canadian Customs/ Border Inspections.
  • After Dark Novelty is not responsible for these charges.

  • This method does not deliver to P.O. Box locations.

How do I know which carrier is being used for my order?

  • When you receive your tracking number you will also see which carrier is shipping your order!
