Do we have a walk-in location?
No, we do not have a walk-in location. We are online only and ship worldwide.

How does pick-up work?
During checkout shipping method, you can choose to have your order sent to one of our locations listed under discreet online order pick-up locations. Once your order is submitted we will update your shipping address to the designated pick-up address. Then when your order is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number so you will know when it arrives! You can then simply walk in and say you are there to pick up your package. Present a valid ID for identification and age verification. That's It!

The pick-up location does not know what’s inside! They do not sell adult products and are only a pick-up destination for our website.

How do I find a product?
Go to the side menu or bottom of website and select “Search”. You will then be able to type in what you are looking for. If you need additional help please contact us via contact form.

What is the free gift?
When you spend the listed qualified price or more you will receive a free surprise gift on us. The gift is specially picked just for you! Don't worry our specialists will hand pick an item that will be to your liking. It may be something that goes along with your order or an item that we think you will be happy with! After-all, what is better than a surprise? Free gift not available with use of discount codes.

How is my order shipped?
All orders are shipped in either a plain brown box or a padded business envelope, depending on your items. The packaging is completely anonymous with just your address and ours without the company name. Because After Dark Novelty is a recognized name, we use an alias on the return address label to protect your privacy.

How much is shipping?

Best Price Shipping Method: This is our discount shipping rate and when chosen you will receive the cheapest shipping option available. This may be either FedEx, UPS, or USPS

International Best Price Shipping Method: Is for Countries other than United States - This is the cheapest shipping rate available. This may be either FedEx, UPS, DHL, or USPS.

Where are the packages shipped from?

Products are shipped from Anaheim, California.

When will my order be shipped?

Express delivery options such as UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2-Day Air and Priority Mail are shipped on the same day if your order is received by 1:45 pm CST. Standard delivery orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours. During checkout, our shipping options will indicate when you will receive your order.

How do I track my shipment?
Once your package/s have been packaged, we will then send you a tracking number along with carrier information via email. Expect your tracking number within 24-48 hours from time of purchase. You can then track your package.

Will UPS deliver my order on the weekend?
The UPS Next Day and UPS 2-Day shipping options are for business days only. We do not offer UPS Saturday delivery. UPS also does not deliver on most holidays.

Do you ever substitute items?
Occasionally our product may become out of stock or discontinue. In those cases, we will inform you via email or phone. We will then offer you a substitute of a similar item of equal or greater retail value in your order, if that is not an option we will refund your money. All substitutions are covered by our 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee.

What shows up on my credit card statement?
The name “A.D.N." will appear on your credit card statement.

Do I need to sign for my order?
All orders over $250 automatically require a signature, regardless of delivery method. After Dark Novelty might ask for a signature if you are reshipped an item or order. UPS requires signatures for items over $100 and when you reshipped an item or order.

Are the products used?
All products and clothing are new! We do not sell used or unpackaged products or clothing!

What if I’m not satisfied with my order?
Under our 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee, you can return any unused item – except for adult movies – for any reason within 90 days. Adult DVDs can only be returned unopened or if they are faulty due to a manufacturer defect.

How long will it take to get my package?
Standard shipping takes 3 to 7 business days after you receive your tracking number. You can track your orders by going to "Track Order" link at the bottom of every page. Or click here to go to the page directly. Then enter your tracking number and enter!

Do we donate to active duty soldiers and other military personnel?
Yes, but we are limited. So, if you are an active duty member please send us an email stating why you think you should receive a free donation. Email to admin@afterdarknovelty.com. Use “Active Duty Donation” in the subject line. Please include your name and a photo to with verification of your active status. We will accept your request if we feel you qualify to participate in our free donation give away.

Note: We do not ship to regions in the Middle East due to laws and regulations.

Is there a location we do not ship to?
Yes, we do not ship to most regions in the Middle East due to laws and regulation. We also do not ship to Alabama, USA due to laws and regulations. Please check to see if there are laws that prohibit sexually related products to be shipped or sold in your location prior to checking out.
